  • FAQ about Pennsylvania State Grant
    Please visit this website if you have any questions about Pennsylvania state grant. It provides you with frequently asked questions on how to prepare, apply and what to do after you after. 

  • CTCL- COLLEGE THAT CHANGE LIVES

    This is a non-profit organization to help and support  students through out the college process. They help students find the college that will change and their lives. There would be an event at King of Prussia, Valley Forge Convention Center on Monday, May 23, 2011 7:00pm.

    (pre-registration is required)

  • Who: Philadelphia high school seniors and college students who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, service, and academics
    What: Six $1,000-$2,000 scholarships will be awarded as well as membership into NAAAP Philly
    When: Deadline is April 15th, 2011

    They give list of scholarships and programs available for seniors.


  • Summer Bonner Fellows Program at the College of New Jersey
    Have an opportunity to engage in community service and earn college credits while having a two week living experience at the college campus

  • Summer Internship Program 
For high schoolers (9,10,11, and 12th grade) who are 16 or older. Its a 6 week program starting July 5 - Aug 12, 2011 and have an opportunity to work related to your career interest. Mandatory to attend one session (April 14, 28 or May 3, 2011 at 6 pm). This scholarship is from Merck Respiratory, a leader in respiratory care and asthma management. It will award a  total of $50,000 in college scholarships in 2011 for high school seniors with asthma in performing arts, visual arts, science, and etc. And hold min GPA of 3.5 on 4.0 scale. Rowan’s Introduction for Students (RISE) program
Student clinics, exciting engineering activities, campus & industry tours, and mentoring by College of Engineering professors and students from high schools throughout the South Jersey work with chocolate, Legos, Jenga blocks and bottle rockets during hands-on engineering workshops and clinics.
Deadline: June 15, 2011

Temple University Electric and Computer Engineering Program
This is a 5-week program (morning classes) for high school students. Cost is $500 with scholarships available.
Deadline: May 12, 2011

Drexel University Music Industry Summer Program
This one week summer program for high school students (at least 16 and have completed sophomore year by July. Through the classroom, hands-on studio experience in our recording lab facilities, performance opportunities, lectures, and guest speakers, you will gain valuable insight into this dynamic field.
Deadline: May 15, 2011

Temple University is allowing high school students who meet certain requirements (GPA at least 3.0, completed junior year, A's in high school courses that you plan to take in high school) to take classs and ear college credit. The summer is split into two sessions: May 16-June 27 July 5- Aug 16

Tuesday, April 26, from 4:30-7:00 pm at the District’s Education Center, 440 N. Broad St.  Provides seniors with an opportunity to meet with various representatives later in the year to ensure that they apply to a post secondary institution.

The Jurist Academy is a tuition-free, two-week preview of the law school experience on Widener's Harrisburg campus designed to increase diversity in law school admissions. This diversity pipeline program includes LSAT preparation and practice testing, introductory coursework with personalized feedback, and conversations with members of the bench and bar.

The program is designed for students to explore in post-baccalaureate programs and professional careers.  The program is scheduled for July 5th - August 3, 2011.
